Diabetes and You

Overview

The Diabetes and You rebrand aimed to boost underutilized Diabetes Self-Management Education and Support (DSMES) services with a cohesive, people-centered brand. I teamed with our Art Director and research team to develop design concepts for focus groups. Based on these insights, I assembled a vibrant visual identity, applying it across templates, promotional tools, and custom photography. I also consulted on art direction for the photoshoot, working with photographer to ensure authentic, empowering visuals. The CDC received a fully developed, research-informed campaign identity and materials for clearer, more effective DSMES promotion.
